    • 8+ years of professional coaching and teaching experience

    • 8+ years in healthcare management and operations

    • Previous roles include yoga studio manager and operations manager

My journey in holistic health began early in life, practicing pranayama & meditation from age 9 and discovering Yoga asana at age 12. This early foundation led to over a decade of dedicated study in The Vedas, including Yoga & Ayurveda, along with extensive training in mindfulness & integrative health.

As Practice Manager, I bring over eight years of experience in healthcare operations & management to ensure our clinic provides seamless, integrated care. This unique perspective allows me to understand both the practical & therapeutic aspects of your healing journey.

I'm honored to be working with Dr. Matt and supporting him, his patients, and the practice's overall growth. It's a blessing to specifically support an Ayurvedic practice!

Over the past decade, I've immersed myself in the study of The Vedas, particularly focusing on Yoga & Ayurveda. This academic pursuit culminated in my Bachelor's Degree from Maharishi International University, where I also earned my certification as an Ayurvedic Health & Lifestyle Consultant. My education began with becoming a certified Integrative Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, along with becoming a certified Yoga Teacher.

  • My personal journey with Ayurveda has been transformative, deepening my understanding of balance, self-awareness, and preventive care. This experience, combined with ongoing mentorship from Dr. Matt Van Auken, informs my holistic approach to supporting patients of The Buddha’s Medicine.
